I am passionate about helping others explore self-compassion and mindful living.

For several years, I have been supporting clients, students, and educators as they begin integrating mindfulness practices in their personal and professional lives.  Using research-based practices, my gentle guidance settles the nervous system and awakens the mind to return to an optimal state of balance and well-being.
